A cold and damp Saturday evening in a Bruton, a small village with a semi duopoly when it comes to restaurants. But you want something hearty, filling, wholesome, spicy. Maybe pizza won't cut it, or some fancy salad.
We were walking down the street and like a mirage Bruton Spice stood out by its own low key presence. We walked in, oh thank god we did.
With the help of the very helpful and friendly waiter we ordered a couple of veggie dishes, the best naan bread and rice.
Hearty, filling, wholesome and spicy.
Went to bruton spice today on the way back to london, the food was delicious, very cosy place the staff are very welcoming not to be missed definitely give it ago 👍🏼
Food awesome. Shame the tandoor oven wasn't working but what we had was delicious. Chef very helpful with regards to dietary concerns. Take your own alcohol as they don't have a license yet.
